At the Master of Science level, currently there are available six MSc programs:
- Computational Optimization
- Computational Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence
- Distributed Computing
- Information Security
- Software Engineering
Within the Faculty of Computer Science, the Doctoral School is functioning starting from 2005.
